GDHI owner Caroline Warren, is licensed in the State of Illinois to inspect residential properties and is an associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). With more than 18 years property management and rehabilitation experience, Caroline continues to build on her knowledge by participating in Illinois State and ASHI approved continuing education programs. GDHI is not allied with any realtors, lenders or any other real estate service provider and is therfore able to provide a fully independent and unbiased service. In other words, we work exclusively for you, the client.

In addition, home sellers may opt for having an inspection prior to placing the home on the market to gain a better understanding of conditions which the buyer's inspector may point out. This provides an opportunity to make repairs that will put the house in better selling condition.
